Weight Loss – Easy does it.

Good basic rules:

  • Breakfast – Eat like a King.
  • Lunch – Eat like a Prince.
  • Supper – Eat like a pauper. (Or pig out on lots of vegetables.)
  • Snack on bananas, apples, oranges, high protein bars, etc. between meals.

Well walking does help – I try to walk about 25-30 minutes day – at least 3 times a week. I do NOT run. And more walking doesn’t help – if you have to walk more – take a break at the 30 minute mark and let your heart and breathing return to normal.

Easy weight loss- for those 39+ – buy some DHEA & Pregnenolone (25mg each) and take the combo first thing in the morning. They are dirt cheap – I get mine from www.swansonvitamins.com and/or www.WonderLabs.com. Can’t find the prices right now – ranges around 5 – 10 cents a day or less. Great Anti-aging as well.

Easy weight loss – for those 20’s up – LipoSan Ultra Chitosan – soaks up fats. L-Carnitine – an amino acid that helps burn fat. My favorite is Ribose which helps turn fat into muscle. Relatively inexpensive from the same places.

On the DVD’s – just do 15 minutes and give yourself a really good rest before doing anymore. This teaches your body to get rid of the fat cells instead of using the fat cells for energy – which tells your body you need more fat cells. If you use your fat cells you are telling your body to store up more fat cells for the next time you workout. If you just love going off into that Bollywood world – and I do – just make sure your heart is no longer beating fast and your breathing is totally normal – no quick breaths left – much less panting or gasping for air. The crank up the music again.

At night try not to eat anything 2-3 hours before going to sleep. If you have to – try an apple.

Take GH3 right before bed on an empty stomach. You can take up to four tabs per day –one every six hours. The empty stomach kind of limits me in a big way. GH3 is a fabulous anti-aging product as well. Around 40 cents per day.

After your GH3 – if you are over 40 – take some Melatonin – even if you are already getting a great night’s sleep. Read the Melatonin Miracle. Helps boost your body’s metabolism and is a great Anti-aging product as well – under 10 cents per day.
