While there have been deaths and various paralysis of the face linked to botox treatments, the only side effects linked to Argireline are less wrinkles. Argireline is a safe topical applied to the skin and found in the best facial anti wrinkle creams. Unlike botox’s immediate effects Argireline takes weeks to work its anti-wrinkle anti-aging wonders – make no mistake Z Creme is an intensive wrinkle correcting cream for the eyes and whole face.

Description

The first hexapeptide that is a mimic of the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 which competes with this protein for a position in the SNARE complex. argireline® is an alternative to Botulinum Toxin, topically targeting the same wrinkle-formation mechanism in a very different way.

Properties

A unique anti-wrinkle peptide that has been shown in significant testing to be effective against the development of skin wrinkling, being a topical alternative to Botulinum Toxin A.

Science

One of the most striking signs of skin aging is increased wrinkling of the face. This can occur naturally over time and is identified by certain biochemical, histological and physiological changes that are amplified by environmental exposure and their secondary factors as the pull of gravity or repeated facial movements caused by the contraction of the muscles of facial expression. Muscles are contracted when they receive neurotransmitter release from inside a vesicle. argireline® mimics the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 and it competes with the natural protein for a position in the SNARE complex. If the SNARE complex is slightly destabilized, the vesicle can not release neurotransmitters efficiently and therefore muscle contraction is attenuated, preventing the formation of lines and wrinkles.

• Muscle contraction

The neurotransmitter in volved in muscle contraction is acetylcholine and it is released from a vesicle into the synapse. The SNARE protein complex is formed by three proteins: VAMP, Syntaxin and SNAP-25 and it is essential for neurotransmitter release at the synapsis and mediates the final steps of exocytosis. This complex is like a cellular hook that captures vesicles and brings them close to the membrane to enable their fusion.

• Botulinum Toxin A

Botulinum Toxin A paralyses the muscle by selectively blocking acetylcholine release at the neuromuscular junction. BoNT-A cleaves the protein SNAP-25 irreversibly, and therefore the SNARE complex cannot assemble. The nerve signal cannot be relayed, the muscle cannot contract and it is paralysed.

• argireline®

argireline® is a mimic of the N-terminal end of SNAP-25 and it competes with the natural protein for a position in the SNARE complex, so it destabilizes its formation, without breaking any of its components. If the SNARE complex is slightly destabilized, the vesicle cannot release neurotransmitters. As a consequence, muscle contraction is attenuated and the muscle is relaxed.

Z Crème uses Argireline and SYN-AKE (another safe botox alternative) as part of its anti-aging anti-wrinkle formula.

Research Study on the Properties and Characteristics of Matrixyl 3000

Matrixyl 3000 is an anti-wrinkling and lifting effect ingredient that provides an anti-aging effect.  By definition Matrixyl 3000 contains two matrikines, Pal-GHK and Pal-GQPR which act in synergy to restore and maintain the skin’s youthful appearance.

Matrixyl 3000 properties are created by matrikines which are messengers of cutaneous restructuration and repair. They activate the neosynthesis of extracellular matrix macromecules providing Matrixyl 3000 with a visible ant-wrinkle efficacy.

Characteristics of Matrixyl 3000’s matrikines are that they are capable of regulating cell activities. They interact with specific receptors to activate certain genes involved in the process of extracellular matrix renewal and cell proliferation. With age these mechanisms become progressively weaker.

Clinical study in which 2 panels of 23 volunteers aged 39 to 74 applied a cream containing 3%

Matrixyl™3000 to their face against twice a day for 56 days. Anti-wrinkling and lifting efficacy was assessed by profilometry and photography.

MatrixylTM3000

Surface occupied by deep wrinkles (>200μm)   - 44.9%

Main wrinkle density   - 37.0%

Main wrinkle average depth   - 15.1%

Main wrinkle average volume   - 18.5%

Roughness   - 14.4%

Complexity (Lifting effect)   - 16.6

While products like arginerline relax skin to lessens wrinkles, Matrixyl 3000 rebuilds the collagen under the surface to lessen or eliminate wrinkles. Studies show that Matrixyl 3000 is an excellent anti-aging, face lifting and anti-wrinkle product.

Is Beauty Skin Deep

Beauty is Inner and Outer Beauty that reflects the individual. So…

What Makes a Beautiful Face?

What makes a beautiful face? Is beauty all about perfection? Here’s a take on few common thoughts that are associated with beauty.

We all have heard about the phrase, ‘Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder’. Everybody’s perception of beauty is definitely different from one and other. There is no mathematical or magical formula for beauty. I have often wondered what makes a beautiful face? Are there any particular criteria for the same? Is beauty an intrinsic attribute? Does one need to go all out and opt for cosmetic surgery to ‘enhance’ ones looks? Well, I guess every one of us would want to drop out of bed in the morning with gorgeous looks. This includes an enviable body, gorgeous hair, porcelain skin, attractive features and the best in fashionable attire and cosmetics! Everybody looks up with envy at movie stars who always appear perfect anywhere they are spotted. So, is this what makes a beautiful face? Is beauty all about perfection?

Well, the truth about a beautiful face lies a bit in its imperfection! It’s true our Hollywood hotties go under the knife to enhance their features and body but let’s face it; the beauty can be credited to the surgeon in this case! Of course, there are times when cosmetic surgery is a boon to people who need to opt for that method due to unavoidable medical reasons. However, in the current times this method has only become a trend of sorts where features are altered only to please one’s whims and fancies! In that case, the choice is entirely up to the individual.

Make up obviously helps to enhance one’s beauty and I personally would hate to be without my lip-gloss or eyeliner. Of course, make up is also not a base to define beauty. Make up does help to cover up basic visible flaws, but those who completely rely on the grease paint need to realize this is only temporary. Make up can only help you to look beautiful for a few hours. After all, would you honestly wish to rely on it every single day? A ‘beautiful’ face is not truly beautiful if it does not feel confident without make up.

So, what makes a beautiful face? What is the essence behind true beauty? Well, a beautiful face belongs to the one who has a beautiful mind. A person who is beautiful from within needs no make up to jazz up the looks. Beauty experts have always spoken about perfect face symmetry being the benchmark for true beauty. However, not everybody is blessed with a perfectly symmetrical face with gorgeous eyes and stunning lips. A person can be found attractive due to various reasons. You might find a face beautiful simply because you know the person and love him/her for the inner qualities. This is purely subjective and as mentioned before, beauty definitely lies in the eyes of the beholder! Physical attraction is not always based on looks, but also involves emotions that you feel for the person. For some, movie stars are the epitome of beauty where as for others; even the most average looking individual may seem very beautiful! After all, it depends on each one’s thinking and perception! There can never be any perfect criterion for a beautiful face! So, feel beautiful and confident from within and smile because you know you are beautiful!

Hyaluronic Acid in Anti-aging and Anti-wrinkle Treatment

Hyaluronic Acid: Nature’s Healing Agent

A look into how Hyaluronic acid (HA) works to provide anti-aging and anti-wrinkle rejuvenation for the skin.

Here’s a brief overview of the role HA plays in one’s body:

HA holds water in the body.

HA acts as a lubricant in the heart valves.

HA is the spongy shock absorber at the ends of the bones.

HA holds most of the moisture in the skin.

HA makes up to 80% of the human eye.

HA provides a barrier against the spread of infection.

HA helps to erase fine facial aging lines and wrinkles.

HA produces scarless wound healing.

HA has antioxidant properties.

HA detoxifies the body.

HA provides form and shape to the body.

Hyaluronic acid (and its companion chondroitin sulfate) are forms of connective tissue that give form and substance to one’s body. HA does this by expanding the space around the cells by binding salt and water.  In between the individual cells is the connective tissue and collagen held together by theHA.

Z Crème helps both connective tissue and collagen rejuvenation with special ionized water and topical HA and Matrixyl 3000 to help create new collagen growth. This helps not only with younger looking skin but can reduce, repair or eliminate scars and stretch marks wrinkles hopefully without the use of expensive laser treatment.

The skin needs continual renewal due to its exposure to trauma, heat, pressure, solar radiation and other causes. HA plays a major role in skin renewal and in fact over half of all HA in the body is located in the skin itself.

Every 20 days the skin is renewing itself through the ages of 15-25 years. As we grow older this increases to approximately every 28 days.

72% of human skin is water. While HA is holding most of the water in – everyday about 4% is lost through the skin.  So as you get older there is a progressive loss of HA in one’s skin resulting in less water retention. Less HA & water means more wrinkles, less elasticity and a more aged look.

As a general rule the skin dermis of people over 60 have little to no HA. Contrast that to a baby’s skin which is loaded with HA.

Z Crème contains Hyaluronic Acid (HA) to help keep your skin looking moisturized and youthful. There is another way to help your skin and your whole body. The human body is constantly going through a stage of replacing the old with the new. To help keep the pace of the new up with the old consider taking Chondroitin Sulfate to your supplement program.

A special note is that chondroitin sulfate has been known to help thinning hair and even restore hair color by increasing HA levels in the body.

Chondroitin sulfate helps stimulate the production of Hyaluronic Acid in your body and is an excellent companion to Z Crème for helping your skin – and your whole body for that matter – retain its youth. For fast results for glowing skin and anti-aging anti-wrinkle Z Crème is the answer.

How Vitamin C Helps in Anti-Aging and Anti-Wrinkles

How Vitamin C helps in Anti-Aging and Anti-Wrinkles

For thousands of years various cultures have used vitamin C through the use of various herbs to help with anti-aging and anti-wrinkle efforts. Back then they didn’t know the why like we do today.

Even if you take, ingest lots of vitamin C you still need a topical vitamin C for your skin. Most of the vitamin C that you take orally never makes it to your skin. Applying vitamin C topically is about 20 times more effective for skin care than same dose orally ingested. And once it’s absorbed into the skin – it’s in. Washing or jumping in the swimming pool isn’t going to take it away.

What’s really good about vitamin C and why it is used in Z Crème is its anti-aging and anti-wrinkle fighting effects. Around your late twenties your collagen synthesis slows down and begins a decline leading to wrinkles. Vitamin C helps boost collagen production with Z Crème other main collagen building ingredient Matrixyl 3000.

Vitamin C is also a very effective anti-oxidant fighting free radicals that can cause skin damage. Vitamin C can help improve skin tone, reduce roughness as well as the anti-wrinkling effect mentioned earlier. Vitamin C has also been known to help with acne and age spots (lentigines – dark spots on your skin.

Vitamin C also improves firmness and elasticity in the skin and helps retain water in your skins cells. This moisturizing effect also helps your skin have a brighter more youthful look.

Expensive European Cosmetic & Serums are no longer needed – Z Crème uses Vitamin C and other super ingredients to work in synergy to create an optimum anti-aging anti-wrinkle crème that rejuvenates your skin and gives it a youthful translucent glow.
